Founded in 1997 by Mr. Ram Mankari, Tirumala Enterprises bagan its services with a single contract at Shivaji University, Kolhapur, for providing dining facilities for 600 students.
Over the next few years, though sheer perseverance & passion towards customer delight and performance-oriented services has helped us grow in this field to be recognised as Tirumala Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. an end-to-end catering and allied services organization that provides customized, high quality & reliable catering services in the Pune region.
We produce all our food products in-house. This means all of our area; Recievibg, Ingridient Control, Production, and Food Services have a high level of integration and cross-functional awareness. Our standards are monitored regularly through continuous quality improvement initiatives such as menu standardization audits, staisfaction surveys and laboratory tests of food samples.
Some current THS customers have been customers for over eight years. THS has maintained those relationships by employing industry knowledge and experience to provide unique solutions to contaract catering, housekeeping and allied services, investing in the continued development of its people, maintaining competitive pricing, and soliciting, hearing, and acting on the feedback of its customers.
